Vectorized Portrait

I love doing portraits, I don't care if they are in oil, pastel or digitally drawn. My husband was the model for this one (he is of course, one of my favorite people to look at <3). I was experimenting with color and the simplification of shapes. I think I can still simplify even more, but I didn't want it to be to abstract. Which color do you like the best? I'm particularly drawn to the yellow one, that specific hue reminds me of mangoes (kind of weird right?).

If you would like me to vectorize your portrait, just send me a message for more information!

Sooo cheesy

Here is the other one. Simple, cute, funny and quirky. Just what the doctor ordered...

Cheesy & Sketchy

The other day I sketched a mouse (shown on top) on my phone with the stylus my friend Vanessa got me for my birthday. I loved the shapes and the simplicity of it, so I re-drew it and developed it further in Adobe Illustrator. I thought it was an appropriate time, since Sunday I painted a cat and posted it in my other blog.
How cute is he?!?
I made another variation of this one, but I will show you on my next post...
